For most of us, that would be enough for one day. But Tuesday also saw His Holiness give a lecture (“Values of Democracy and Tibet”), sit for an interview with the BBC, give a second talk called “Real Change Happens in the Heart” — at the Royal Albert Hall, no less — and more.
